Initial U |

Version 3.0 - Floralies
This marks the first time that my BSSM site was taken from the main PrettySenshi.com
index and made into its own site. The welcoming image in the corner was a random image that rotated between ten different images.

Version 4.0 - Soldiers Among the Stars
One of the first frames layouts I ever made. The first screen cap shows the main page, the
second is an example of the sub-pages. This
layout looked atrocious in
640x460 resolution, okay with higher resolutions, but just perfect in
800x600. The problem was
loading time.

Version 5.0 - Black and White Angel Wings
This layout was gloomy, bland, and looked horrible in
Netscape. In other words, it was a disaster.

Version 6.0 - Blink... Blink?
This layout was kind of plain, but I enjoyed working with it. The site still had no name and I called it, "The BSSM section of
PS.C" at this point.

Version 7.0 - Moonlight Densetsu
This site finally had a name: Moonlight Densetsu. The name never stuck, due to
reasons unexplained. The layout was ugly; it features a Mercury manga image,
and too much white.

Version 8.0 - The Face of Summer
I love this Usagi image. It's from Artbook #6, and it was scanned by Nishi. The layout is
alright; I like the orange color and it worked dandy on all browsers
and resolutions. That's all I can say about it. It's nothing special. This
layout marks the time that this site finally got the name Initial U and stuck
with it. -.-

Version 9.0 - Festival Taimu!
I adore that Makoto image. Everything color coordinates and there's an overall
feel of the site being complete with this layout. With some layouts,
the site looks empty or too vast, but this layout fits well.
It used frames and navigation was convenient.

Version 10.0 - Silent Destruction
Instead of having
frames on the main index page, I put the frames on the sub-pages, and split up
the sub-pages into separate pages of their own. The main index image is somewhat off-center.

Version 11.0 - Golden Queen
This is the layout of when I completely revamped Initial U. I spent an unhealthy
amount of time on it because I kept messing up and having to resize
everything.

Version 12.1 - Outer Senshi
This is a draft for version 12.0 that never made it. I created this layout a long time before I considered putting it up. After I decided to use it, I uploaded it and started working on
the sub-pages, then realized that every single time I looked at it, the
more I disliked it. So I threw it out.

Version 12.2 - Silhouetted Against the Moon
I thoroughly enjoyed making this
layout. The colors
look good together.

Version 13.0 - Shining Stars
A different kind of layout, with yet another system of organizing the
sub-pages. It's purple once again. The three girls featured on the layout are
Usagi, Hotaru, and Michiru.

Version 14.0 - Little Fishies and Seashells, oh my!
Yeah. It's... different. This is a plain and simple layout. In fact,
it's too tranquil. I don't like it; I
don't like it at all. The whole thing is too calm; there isn't anything that catches attention or balances out the excessive green.
Blargh.

Version 15.0 - Bella Donna
Featuring Rei, Ami, and Haruka in the main page, this is the first layout
for Initial U that I don't hate. In fact, I like it (shock, gasp). I've
decided that frames don't cut it for this site; there's too much writing and
navigation. So non-frames is the way to go. I like the colors; they're very
springy. Each sub-page has a different image at the top.

Version 16.0 - Gems Ablaze
Well, this site sure has gotten its share of name changes. It's now and
forever known as Gems Ablaze. Along with this frames layout came a much-needed revamp
of the content. With this layout and name change, as well as the
Starlights' and Princess Kakyuu's character profiles, the site is finally
complete.
